What are the Financial Academy refund, retake and/or guarantee policies?
GUARANTEE
Tuition is waived for a license candidate who desires to retake any portion of a scheduled
seminar within six months of original course beginning date.
ATTENDANCE & REFUNDS
To receive a tuition refund, requests must be received at The Financial Academy in writing
at least two business days before original class date and all classroom material must be
returned unused. Refunds, transfers or retakes incur a $40 administrative fee. Text and
materials are not refundable.
TRANSFERS
Transfers incur a $40 administrative fee.
RETAKES
Retakes incur a $40 administrative fee.
